From our farm, to your table—THANK YOU.

Hello everyone,

This week was lamb pickup week here on the farm, and it was truly a joy to see so many of you—putting faces to names, sharing conversations, and hearing what matters most to you when it comes to food.

Many of you talked about the importance of buying local, choosing ethically raised meat, and knowing the farmer behind your food. Your trust means a great deal to me. I take real pride in raising lamb of the highest quality—food I’m proud to feed my own family and friends, and now members of our wider community as well. Being able to do that feels like the culmination of a lifelong dream.

As the temperatures drop below zero, I’ll be imagining you in your kitchens this weekend, cooking something really yummy—something warming and soothing to keep the cold at bay.
